The story in this week’s diary comic became a weekly occurence throughout the semester.
It’s hard to constantly be exposed to so many brilliant creators without feeling a little overwhelmed and insignificant.
Don’t stress about it, just keep making comics!
As James Sturm is fond of saying, “You just have to keep producing work.” Best comicking advice eh-ver. And I really like your work.
But you’re right about Barks. When I was 9, in 1955, I found “The Golden Fleece” in Mr. Feeny’s store in Irving, Texas. I didn’t know Carl Barks from Adam’s off ox, but I recognized that work as True Magic.
